LLDD/Foundation Learning Course Leader (Tutor) Part time, 18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Salary: £11,486 - £16,883 per annum (£22,972 - £33,766 pro rata) Burton on Trent, Town Centre Campus Who are we looking for? Burton and South Derbyshire College are seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Tutor to complement the existing Foundation Learning Team. The successful candidate will have experience of teaching and assessing learners with a wide range of support and learning needs. We are looking for someone with an enthusiasm for teaching and who can be innovative and inspirational in their approach to enabling learning. Experience of developing learning materials, assessing learners’ work and working to awarding body standards is essential. A positive ‘can do’ attitude is required, coupled with a friendly and approachable nature. The position requires the successful candidate to be able to prioritise workloads and respond flexibly as situations demand.
