As a Producer, you will oversee the creation and delivery of all creative content across our brands, managing 360 campaigns with a focus on post-production. This includes large-scale branding, TVCs, photo shoots, online and social films, and integrated campaigns.
This role is a 12 month maternity fixed term contract.
We are an in-house creative agency responsible for transforming communications and marketing briefs into innovative content that boosts business performance across Entain brands. Our campaigns span multiple media platforms, including CRM, performance marketing, TV, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage 360 media campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring successful execution across all media platforms.
* Oversee integrated projects from start to finish, managing budgets, timelines, and post-live support.
* Create and monitor budgets, communicating changes to stakeholders as needed.
* Manage feedback and approval processes, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
* Ensure production practices comply with industry regulations and health and safety standards.
* Work with third-party suppliers and key crew, ensuring content is legally compliant.
* Occasionally produce in-house shoots and manage external agencies as needed.
* Mentor Production Coordinators and occasionally travel, including overseas.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in 360 Production and Post-Production at a Producer level, in an agency, production company, or in-house.
* Expertise in Post-Production and confident in producing shoots.
* Strong network of industry contacts.
* Experience in campaign pre-production with knowledge of approval processes.
* Understanding of kit requirements, including cameras, lighting, and studio/location equipment.
* Knowledge of TVC production, digital media, post-production workflows, tech specs, and media management.
* Organized with the ability to manage a complex workload.
* Experience creating moving image assets in both film and animation (3D and 2D).
