Why is the role important?
The post holder will play a key role in delivering Bolton at Homes development aspiration to build an additional 250 properties per year. They will be responsible for managing the delivery team pre, during and post construction and assisting the Head of Development and Home Ownership in identifying new opportunities and progressing these through to starts-on-site.
