The purpose of this exciting new role is to train and develop Business Development Advisors, focusing on improving sales results through effective coaching and skill development. This is for both our onshore colleagues and supporting our offshore Partner. Responsibilities of the role Effectively onboarding new colleagues to the business, ensuring they are set up for success. Establish high standards of conduct and performance during the initial onboarding process. Provide comprehensive training on company policies, product offerings, and lead generation. Assess skills and knowledge, creating tailored training plans. Conduct one-on-one coaching and group training sessions. Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback. Increase performance of team by continuously assess team skills and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement advanced sales training modules. Set and review performance targets. Foster team morale and cohesion through initiatives. Recommend necessary resources for team development. Encourage knowledge sharing and career development. What success in the role looks like Improved sales performance across the team. High levels of colleague satisfaction and engagement. Achievement of sales targets and KPIs, in particular APD and QC Effective onboarding resulting in competent new hires who remain within the organisation. What you need to have already done to be right for this role Previous experience as a performance coach or sales manager. In-depth knowledge of sales processes and best practices. Good working knowledge of high-performance management methods. Previous experience of presentation and coaching. Previous experience of e-learning platforms and role-playing activities. Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service experiences. Previous experience of working effectively in a team.
