About this role
Grain Connect is going from strength to strength and we now require additional support within our Head office function. This is a key role for our business, focusing on providing effective, timely and high-quality administrative support to various departments within our head office.
Main responsibilities
* Welcoming and registering visitors into our head office
* Receiving, processing and recording all incoming/outgoing mail and parcels both internally and externally for and from customers and suppliers
* Processing starter and leaver equipment as required
* Administering company eLearning platform
* Ordering and replenishment of stationary/consumables
* Ensuring office facilities e.g. kitchen area and rest rooms are well maintained between cleanings
* Booking accommodation for employees
* Occasional configuring of routers and Access Points to be distributed to our customers
* Supporting various departments with a range of structured ad-hoc administration and reporting duties including; Commercial Team, Engineering Team, Fleet Team, H&S Team, HR, Marketing, Sales & Customer Service Team.
Working hours
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday from 9.00am – 5.00pm
Experience required
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to communicate effectively
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proactive and flexible attitude towards your workload
