Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join Barnet Provider Safeguarding team, with adults who are care home residents that have been referred to the team due to safeguarding concerns.

Essential requirements for the role/System knowledge required:
* The social worker will be required to carry out safeguarding enquiries, using in-depth knowledge of legislation including statutory responsibilities relating to safeguarding adults.
* They will have good understanding of current best practice in social work and safeguarding adults, and the ability to apply this in a local context, demonstrating extensive knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and principles of Making Safeguarding Personal.
* They will have experience in safeguarding adults and should have a clear understanding of safeguarding thresholds and evidence of extensive practice-based experience where risks have been high and complex.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
