We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Operations Assistant to join our team based in London - 10 South Colonnade. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, on a hybrid basis.

About the role:
The Talent Operations Assistant (TOA) ensures the seamless execution of talent operations, supporting the Talent Operations Centre of Excellence (TOCoE) in delivering efficient, compliant, and scalable talent processes.
With a strong focus on administrative precision, data accuracy, and process optimisation, the TOA provides essential operational support to the Talent Operations Manager (TOM), partnering with the Compliance Assistant (CA) to maintain robust compliance frameworks and ensure a legally compliant and seamless hiring experience. The TOA assists with documentation management, system integrity, policy implementation, and stakeholder coordination, while also supporting audits, risk assessments, and compliance tracking alongside the CA.
This role will require a DBS check.
What you will bring to the role (see role profile for details):
* Experience collaborating in teams for service or project delivery
* Proven experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research and performing data analysis
* Previous experience in a corporate client service environment is preferred
* Experience managing email correspondence alongside customer service is a plus
* Excellent organisational, time management skills
* Strong research and data analysis
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Educated to degree level, preferably in business or management-related subjects. Equivalent professional qualification or relevant experience will also be considered.
