We are now seeking a Finance Administrator to join our team at i2020 in Belfast.
What you’ll do:
1. Process payment certificates and invoices from the QS team, verifying details and ensuring accurate matching of invoices for client payments.
2. Manage the determination of taxable status for payments under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS340) and verify supplier information as needed.
3. Perform first-line approval of client invoices, maintain the PO tracker, and update financial systems, ensuring accurate entry of payment details.
4. Prepare and submit financial reports, liaise with other departments on supplier changes, and handle audits, all while maintaining excellent client relationships and adhering to confidentiality standards.
What you bring:
* Experience of working within an FM/Building services delivery model
* Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
* Knowledge of Building Services/Estate Management
* Attained or working towards accounting qualification (AAT)
