As a Service Delivery Manager, you will manage and develop an industry leading field-based team, who carry out ANPR/CCTV installs including reactive call outs for sites that have gone offline. You will be a point of escalation providing valuable support to engineers, but also engage with other departments to ensure the Service Delivery Team delivers a high-quality service to its clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
* To manage all aspects of the Service Delivery Team based in the South
* To develop the Field Service Engineers’ capabilities in-line with the Group’s growth ambitions and the development of new services
* To provide operational leadership and direction to achieve agreed service levels, targets and procedural compliance
* To be responsible for ensuring Health and Safety requirements are adhered to across the Service Delivery Team (South)
* To drive high quality installations in line with corporate compliance regulations across the team
* To be responsible for the performance and development of team members
* To act as an enabler to maximise team member’s motivation to meet business objectives
* To create synergy between teams, ensuring positive working relationships and effective communication is maintained with key stakeholders – including ANPR, Sales and Technology
* To continually improve the operational systems, processes, and policies to enhance the quality of service
