We are hiring a Senior Client Care Advisor!
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinical Care Advisor to join our fantastic team at Glenbrae Veterinary Clinic on a full-time basis.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the job and can fit in with the team. Someone who will go the extra mile to provide a professional and personal service to each client is vital for the role as this is at the heart of the company's ethos. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience (preferably min 3 years), ideally within a veterinary setting although this is not essential.
Our ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will be confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organisational skills. A friendly manner and love for animals is also essential for this role. As this is a senior position, it is important that the successful candidate possesses leadership skills as they will be responsible for overseeing their team of 8 CCAs.
Responsibilities
Due to the nature of this role, there will be a varied level of responsibilities, including:
1. Greeting clients and dealing with their enquiries.
2. Maintaining client records.
3. Taking payments and assisting with daily banking if required.
4. Overseeing Pet Health Club membership.
5. Dairy management and maintaining key communications with clients and the work team.
About the rota
The shift pattern will be a 38-hour working week which can be flexible over 4 or 5 days. Saturdays are 1:3 with no OOH or Sundays.
