Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Internal Audit team as a Principal Auditor. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of audit assignments, providing assurance on risk management, governance, and internal controls across the Council. Our Internal Audit Team plays a critical role in ensuring robust governance, managing risk, and maintaining effective control systems within Sefton Council. Key Attributes: Proven experience in Internal Audit, with a strong track record of managing a wide range of audits. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
