As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives. You will provide exceptional service and product knowledge as a Senior Client Advisor, while also coaching and developing the sales team.
JOB TITLE: Assistant Store Manager

SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000 (+bonus)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence, following company operating standards.
2. Support the Store Manager in team leadership, store administration, opening and closure procedures, keyholding, and staff inductions and training.
3. Organise and implement store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
4. Maintain a well-presented and safe environment, ensuring compliance with product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Handle customer inquiries and escalate as necessary, effectively making decisions and providing excellent after-sales service.
6. Oversee daily business operations within the store, offering constructive input regarding existing collections and new products to the Global Team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Previous experience in retail, with good knowledge of store procedures and processes.
2. Strong selling skills and business acumen.
3. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
4. Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to make effective decisions.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
6. Knowledge of tailored, made-to-measure, and bespoke services is advantageous.
