At Options Autism, we are seeking an experienced Headteacher to lead our new school in Bradford. As a senior leader, you will promote high-quality learning, maximize pupil achievement, and ensure the welfare of pupils, staff, and the wider school community. Your responsibilities will include achieving outstanding outcomes, meeting statutory requirements, and driving the commercial success of the school. You will also be part of a network of supportive headteachers and have access to central services for finance, HR, and IT. **Essential Criteria:**
• At least three years' experience as a senior leader in mainstream or special educational needs schools.
• Qualified Teacher Status or Equivalent.
• Willingness to extend personal and professional development.
• Ability to lead and provide a clear vision.
• Appreciation and understanding of leadership and management processes contributing to pupil outcomes, staff motivation, keeping pupils safe, filling the school with pupils, managing costs, meeting regulatory requirements, and applying growth plans as appropriate.
