Our client are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Hotel Duty Manager, to join its establishment, a luxury Hotel within the Plymouth area.
As a key member of a driven management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the Hotel during shifts, ensuring guests receive the highest of customer service, whilst maximising operational efficiency. Working closely with senior management, the successful Duty Manager will have experience within a Duty Manager/Assistant GM role, within a luxury hospitality setting.
Duty Manager responsibilities will include;
6. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy and luxury Hotel, including front desk and F+B services.
7. Manage staff schedules and ensuring adequate staff levels.
8. Resolving guests complaints smoothly and promptly.
9. Ensuring compliance is met with all Hotel regulations.
10. Leading a team passionate about customer service.
Due to the nature of a Duty Manger role within the establishment, it is important that the successful has a proven successful history of working in a similar environment. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as good communication and strong leadership skills.
