The ability to relate to and empathise with children who may have complex and severe learning difficulties. Effective group management skills of children with moderate to severe autism and in some classes challenging behaviour. Ability to plan and teach to meet the individual needs of the children. An ability to empathise with the children and to provide a structure that facilitates emotional and social development.To be successful in applying for this role you must have a DFE recognised QTS or equivalent. As an agency worker you are only paid for the days you have worked. Therefore, you will not be paid during the school holidays.
