Position Overview:
We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to support the Engineering Manager and Project Management Office by ensuring efficient coordination of goods and services across our UK sites. In this role, you’ll manage and streamline our purchasing function, leveraging our business information systems to maintain accuracy and timely delivery.
This position involves close collaboration with internal departments, our suppliers, and the broader Natara Group. Strong communication skills and attention to detail will be essential for success.
Reporting to: Engineering Manager, Operations Division
Responsibilities:
* Expediting open orders, monitoring progress, and addressing overdue deliveries.
* Communicating effectively with internal teams on order status and stock availability.
* Managing and maintaining data in Oracle and Q-Pulse systems.
* Supporting procurement for indirect spend items (such as consumables and non-production materials), including supplier sourcing and order placement.
* Coordinating with Finance to set up or update supplier accounts.
* Raising Supplier Non-Conformance Reports (SNCRs) within the Q-Pulse system.
* Organising and filing contracts accurately.
* Performing additional tasks as assigned to support departmental objectives.
Requirements and Experience:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent administration abilities.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
