Location: Thorpe Park,
Hours: Full time, part time, weekends & holidays
Contract Type: Seasonal, until November 2025
This position involves working in a guest-facing role, delivering excellent customer service at all times. Ensure all on-the-day feedback is resolved efficiently and effectively, within the recovery matrix, and is proportionate to the feedback from the guest, creating memorable experiences for all our guests and promoting Guest Obsession at all times!
Responsibilities:
* This role is Front of House, working face-to-face with guests.
* Assisting guests with accessibility queries and processing Ride Access Pass registrations.
* Being an ambassador for the resort, as the main source of knowledge and information for guest queries.
* Taking and resolving guest feedback, both positive and negative, discreetly and professionally.
Qualifications & Experience
No previous experience required, just enthusiasm and eagerness to learn!
