What skills and experience we're looking for
The English Hub works with schools across Wiltshire, Swindon, the Cotswolds and Dorset at various levels of support from access to training and funding for resources, to intensive support of partner schools with our team of designated Literacy Specialists.
This part-time role, working 2 days per week term-time only, involves providing high quality administration support to the Hub team. In particular, supporting events held both in person and remotely across our region, managing online event booking systems, excel records and online communications.
The successful candidate will have:
• GCSEs at Grade B/Grade 5 or above in English and Maths
• an ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders
• strong organisational & communication skills, strong time management and be flexible & creative
• high expectations of themselves and of the support provided by the Hub
• proficiency in Excel and ability to manage/ learn online event management systems
