Sales Administrator
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: £25,000-£26,000 per annum
Client profile:
Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier within the automotive sector. They are looking to add a Sales Administrator to work in their offices based in Preston.
Responsibilities:
* Account management
* Customers/agent communications
* Setting up new customers price lists + New customer welcome pack
* Providing customer price lists + Updating and Maintaining Customer Price Lists
* Back orders follow ups and updates
* Product management
* Competitor Market Price information research/Data gathering
* Cross referencing
* Promoting new product range
* Reports and Analysis support to sales team
* Sales reports
* Sales figures analysis
* Cost/Price reduction requests
* Gross margin report analysis
* Analysing product movement
* Product forecast
* Annual budget preparation
* Answering any Directors’ queries
* Admin/Customer service
* Raising orders for both UK and European customers in a timely manner
* Dealing with customer enquiries by email and phone
* Dealing with any queries from sales managers
* Main point of contact for customer service issues
* Arranging transportation for UK and European customer orders
* Issuing documentation for transportation
* Document Filing/ Archiving
* General office duties such as answering the phone and other duties assigned by the management
Personal Specification:
The successful candidate for the role of Sales Administrator must have the following skills:
* Great attention to detail
* Good with Excel
* Any European language skills is a bonus but not required (e.g. German, French, Italian or Spanish ect)
