We have a hospitality client who has various pubs across London that require experienced General Managers to run their venues.
Ideally, you’ll have experience managing pubs and a creative mind to help deliver great service.
Duties
1. Manage and oversee the venue operation
2. Deliver superior guest experiences
3. Plan and develop overall strategy
4. Entrepreneurial drive with a clear understanding of the current market
5. Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
6. Control costs and minimize waste
7. Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions when required
Required Skills
1. Three years minimum of management experience
2. Experience in General management of pubs
3. Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
4. Critical thinker and problem solver
5. Good financial management skills
