We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Field Account Manager to cover the South West region, from Bristol up to Cheltenham, Cardiff, and South Wales. This role is focused on managing existing relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and helping drive sales across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Develop weekly, monthly, annual, and seasonal sales targets. Examine growth opportunities, improve product priorities, and manage launches, promotions, exclusives, and campaigns to maximize sales.
Customer Visits: Meet customers regularly to ensure products are functioning well, and upsell or cross-sell additional solutions. Provide customers with product support and identify opportunities for additional benefits.
Market Analysis & Competitive Edge: Identify areas for improvement, conduct market analysis, and recognize trends ahead of the curve to offer a competitive advantage and maintain market leadership.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular interactions. Attend workshops, seminars, and sales events, and host events to showcase the business's product offerings.
