The role will prepare and analyze commercial data to drive the overall performance of the business. Working closely with Procurement & Commercial teams, this role will review, analyze, and recommend customer pricing to maximize the overall performance of The Menu Partners.
The role will take an active part in assessing and preparing new business tenders.
In addition, the role will actively create and communicate standard commercial reporting for internal and external use. Through commercial data, the role will proactively identify areas where changes can be made to improve the overall performance of the business.

1. Analyzing and preparing customer pricing in line with agreed timelines
2. Creating and communicating customer performance
3. Analysis of commercial performance
4. Standard weekly reporting
5. New business analysis and bid preparation
Key Objectives
1. Aligned and consistent reporting of commercial performance
2. Maintaining pricing schedules and ensuring completion to relevant schedules
3. Development of a robust pricing process across all TMP customers
4. Working with the system provider to develop and implement improved, simplified, and more efficient methods of implementing and analyzing the customer pricing process
5. Simplification and implementation of a robust “Price Banding” structure for relevant customers
Key Measurements
1. Customer/sector margin performance – target, plan vs actual
2. Alignment of pricing schedules
3. Implementation of pricing schedules in line with internal and customer requirements
4. Performance of identified initiatives to improve overall business performance
