We are looking for a Business Manager to join our senior leadership team. Our ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership and operational direction to the managements of Finance HR, facilities and estates, IT. catering and administration services of the school, promoting the highest standards of business and effective use of resources. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of 10 staff creating and maintaining a culture of high expectations.
As the school’s business manager you will possess strong people skills you will be an excellent communication, be resilient and maintain a calm disposition, have a good sense of humour and team spirit. A can do approach and a positive attitude to change and innovation. Flexibility, creativity and the ability to think “outside the box”. Have the ability to multi task, work under pressure and handle a diverse workload.
