Green Improve are a rapidly growing company specialising in energy efficient home improvements via the ECO 4 Scheme. With continued expansion planned we are recruiting an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
The Role
Reporting directly to the directors you will be responsible for generating leads into the business, assessing their suitability and converting these into jobs that are ready to install.
Supported by a team of sales administrators and numerous lead generators and sales and marketing campaigns you will be handling all incoming enquiries into the business. As part of your role you will take managerial responsibility for sales and revenue and ensure clear growth plans are in place. You will be working closely with the Install managers and Compliance teams on a daily basis to ensure work is moved through the process in a timely fashion and in line with all current guidelines.
To be successful in this role previous experience in the Eco Industry would be desirable.
This is a full time position working Monday - Friday from our offices in Blackburn.
