This permanent position is based in Stockport and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, while also supporting basic finance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee stock management, logistics, and supplier communications to ensure efficiency.
2. Manage online sales transactions, track costs, and handle customer communication.
3. Process purchase invoices, verify transport costs, and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (e.g., Sage).
4. Contribute to stock reconciliation, inventory control, and liaise with suppliers to maintain seamless operations.
5. Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and improve overall business efficiency.
6. Handle document organisation, data entry, and general office duties.
7. Assist with basic IT queries and coordinate with internal/external support teams.
