About the role:
Are you a passionate, dedicated, and inspiring KS1 Teacher looking for your next long-term opportunity? As a KS1 Teacher in our school, you will play a key role in nurturing young minds and guiding them through this important stage of their educational journey. You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your students, ensuring each child feels supported and challenged to reach their full potential. With your creative teaching style and genuine enthusiasm for education, you’ll foster a love for learning and help build the foundational skills that will set them up for future success.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a Key Stage 1 setting.
• A passion for working with children and an understanding of the importance of a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan effectively and manage classroom activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and effective lessons that cater to all students’ learning needs.
• Assess and monitor pupils’ progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable goals.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where each child feels valued and encouraged to participate.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure every child’s well-being and academic development.
