Salary: 28k to 35k DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (37.5 hours/week, incl. 1-hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Recordkeeping - Maintain accurate accounts payable & receivable records
* Bank Reconciliation - Perform complex reconciliations & resolve discrepancies
* Accounts Payable - Verify, code & process invoices, liaising with insurers/partners
* Accounts Receivable & Credit Control - Generate invoices, track payments & chase overdue accounts
* Premium Finance - Process instalments & assist clients with finance-related queries
* Quality Assurance - Conduct checks to maintain financial accuracy & compliance
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
* Strong experience in credit control & reconciliations
* Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Office
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, & organisational skills
* Ethical, proactive, and committed to high financial standards
Desirable:
* Experience in insurance or financial services
* Familiarity with premium finance processes
* Ability to work both independently & as a team.
