THE ROLE
Due to business growth we are now seeking an experienced AV / Technical Sales Manager to join this thriving events business.
Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will be the sole Sales Manager, responsible for driving key sales initiatives, developing strategies, and representing the company in the industry. With the potential for the role to evolve into a Sales Director position, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who's eager to take on leadership responsibilities and join the Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies that will drive business growth
2. Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
3. Manage and nurture key accounts, including complex, multi-dimensional deals
4. Represent the company at industry events, building brand presence and networking
5. Work closely with the Creative Director to generate leads and create cohesive strategies
6. Lead the preparation of proposals, tenders, and business pitches
7. Monitor and analyse sales figures, report back to senior management
8. Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth client handovers and service delivery
9. Provide feedback and coaching to junior team members as necessary
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in AV / Technical event sales, strong experience managing key accounts and multi-faceted sales deals. If you have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills along with strong leadership abilities and a proactive, flexible attitude then we need you!
