Position: Anti-Social Behaviour Practitioner
Location: Homebased with regular regional travel in London and South East.
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
Contract Type: Permanent
The perfect job for you where no two days will be the same! We’re looking for an anti-social behaviour practitioner with a proven track record of managing complex cases.
Joining our Community Safety Team, you will be providing accurate and appropriate advice to both residents and colleagues who enquire about or report anti-social behaviour and complex housing management issues. You’ll manage complex cases and be responsible for litigation. Working closely with Area Managers, you will also deal with any community-based issues, and being customer-focused, you will be able to find resolutions that increase residents’ wellbeing and community cohesion.
Joining a team of 3 other Community Safety Officers, you’ll cover our South East region (London, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire).
We are open to considering flexible working requests and will review them in line with the needs of the role and the organisation.
A bit about you:
You’ll need to have a Housing qualification or demonstrable experience within a similar role. Ideally, you will already have experience of working with people with complex needs and/or challenging behaviour as well as working in partnership with other organisations to enhance service offerings to residents. A strong understanding of anti-social behaviour approaches, including litigation and application of ASB Crime and Policing Act tools and powers, is a must.
You’ll be comfortable working both at home and out in the community.
