Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant
Location: Primary Schools Across North Sheffield
Salary: £80 - £110 per day (Set your own rate of pay)
Contract Type: Full-Time (5 days a week)
About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Teaching Assistants to support the learning and development of primary school students across North Sheffield.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about helping children achieve their academic potential and providing a positive impact in the classroom environment.
The role is Full-Time, allowing you to commit to a rewarding teaching assistant position in a structured schedule, making a significant difference to the students' educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and activities to ensure student engagement and success.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, helping them with a variety of learning tasks.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social and emotional development.
* Support students in developing key skills and encourage independent learning.
* Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and organized learning space.
* Assist in setting up resources and preparing materials for lessons.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting is desirable.
* A compassionate, patient, and supportive approach when working with students.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff members.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset to address challenges in the classroom.
* Flexibility and reliability, with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
