Join Our Team as a Site Manager in Melton Mowbray!
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a valid SIA licence, driving licence, and access to their own vehicle to manage a high-spec site in Melton Mowbray. This is a great opportunity for someone with 5+ years’ management experience to work closely with a professional team and take on a key leadership role.
Location: Melton Mowbray
Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday, Day shifts)

Job Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of security officers, ensuring they are fully trained and the site is properly staffed at all times.
* Complete progression reviews and conduct 1-2-1s with all officers to ensure their development.
* Work closely with management to ensure that Health & Safety standards are upheld to the highest level.
* Oversee day-to-day security operations, ensuring all officers are supported, and tasks are completed on time.
* Communicate effectively with officers, staff, and management to ensure smooth site operations.
* Assist the client with any specific tasks and ensure their expectations are met.
* Address any officer queries or complaints promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with the Securitas management team to ensure full site coverage and efficient task completion.
Skills and Qualifications:
* SIA licence and driving licence with access to your own vehicle are required.
* 5+ years’ experience in a management role within the security or related field.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with officers, staff, and clients.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
* Experience in managing Health & Safety standards on-site is essential.
* Professional, reliable, and dedicated to maintaining a high standard of service.
