Business Development Specialist
Role Context:
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Specialist to help us meet our customer delivery and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
You'll be:
1. Responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the leadership team.
2. Achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully onboarding new clients on a regular basis.
3. Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the area.
4. Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
5. Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
6. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
7. Understanding the plant and equipment market and have a proven track record of continued success.
8. Engaging with internal stakeholders and understanding the project deliverables and requirements.
You'll have:
1. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization.
3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
4. Strong business sense and industry expertise & Account Management.
5. Previous experience in direct sales roles, preferably to the hire of plant & equipment or similar industry.
6. Flexibility to travel at short notice.
7. Experience in tools and equipment or related industry.
8. Experience in managing a wide territory & a proven track record in winning new business.
