Monday-Friday Pay rate: from £13.00 per hour Full time office-based We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts payable assistant to start as soon as possible for one of our clients based in the Kingston upon Thames area. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Finance Director you will be working as part of small friendly team in the finance department, you will be responsible onboarding new suppliers. Entering supplier invoices into the system and emailing the invoices for approval. Entering codes and Purchase orders on the system Assisting the finance team with further finance duties as required Person Specification: Previous experience as an accounts payable assistant or accounts payable administrator is essential. Working Knowledge of Sage, Oracle Net Suite will be a distinct advantage; however x-training can be provided. Good working knowledge of accounting systems is essential i.e. Sage Numerate with a high level of accuracy and good attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative, organise and prioritise workload A can do, positive approach to work A flexible team player who enjoys working as part of small team. Excellent communication skills Lives in or within an easy commutable distance of the Kingston area.
