In search of a Maintenance Manager at our Lancaster County manufacturing facility. If you are interested in joining a high-growth, well established organization with outstanding growth opportunity, then this is an opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
1. Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
2. Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.
3. Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals.
4. Maintaining a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery.
5. Cleaning, repairing, and installing equipment and parts as needed.
6. Operating a variety of hand and power tools.
7. Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
8. Complying with health and safety regulations.
9. Performing general maintenance work on buildings as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
1. Safely and effectively lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights.
2. Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, balancing, standing, and walking for extended periods while maintaining the necessary physical dexterity and coordination.
3. Work in various environmental conditions, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, weather, and noise levels.
Qualifications:
1. Experience as a maintenance mechanic or in a similar role.
2. Knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools.
3. Mechanical aptitude and ability to pass a mechanical aptitude test.
4. Strong computer skills.
5. Physical dexterity.
6. Good troubleshooting skills.
7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
8. Must pass a drug and background test.
