Job Description
Care Assistant Benefits:
* Excellent pay rates for caring for you community - from £11.44 to £14 per hour, plus double pay bank holiday rates from £22 per hour!
* Flexible Zero-hour Permanent Contract - we provide full flexibility around your schedule, whether you're looking to provide a few hours of your time to need a role to keep you occupied
* Minimum 1 hour calls – so you have the time needed with client
* Employee referral bonus programme - get cash for referral a Carer after they complete 3 months with us!
* Mileage - paid between shifts!
* Blue Light Card & Employee Assistance Program

Care Assistant responsibilities:
Being a Carer is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
* Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
* Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
* Accompanying to appointments or shopping
* Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
