Role Overview:
We are seeking an organised, communicative, and self-motivated Projects Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This part-time role is essential to ensuring smooth project operations, from initiation through to completion. As a Projects Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with clients and co-workers, scheduling resources, and preparing comprehensive project documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project schedules and timelines.
- Regularly liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Allocate and schedule resources effectively.
- Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Communicate project updates and status reports to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous project support experience is desirable.
Salary & benefits:
* Hours: 30 hours per week (6 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
* Up to 30K FTE dependant on experience
