Professional Responsibilities: The post holder will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships within the Trust and be able to demonstrate the ability to take personal accountability for own workload. Working closely with the Temporary Staffing Co-Ordinators and Temporary Staffing Lead to deliver an efficient service to all of the divisions for their temporary staffing needs. To receive visitors to the office in a professional manner (internal and external to the Trust), ensuring they are given accurate information/ documentation as requested, or refer them to the appropriate person/department. To assist with timesheet approvals for all of the agency workers, including liaising with the wards to confirm hours worked and approving the hours on the portals used. Dealing with simple pay queries from agency workers and escalating to the Temporary Staffing Lead as required. To work closely with Ward and Department Managers for all staff groups in order to understand the requirements of each area and ensure appropriate staffing is matched to booking requests whilst complying with legislation, Trust policies and procedures and best practice. In conjunction with the Temporary Staffing Team Lead the post holder will coordinate training internally for new members of staff using the Bank system and develop individualised teaching programmes as required. Before they are added on to the bank. Arranging ward inductions for new clinical bank staff. Ensuring all mandatory training and compliance is completed for new bank staff. Ensuring all new bank staff have their correct badges and uniforms, sending over any information required to support this. Verify ID in line with Trust policies and current legislation.
