Magdalene are looking to recruit a Service Support Specialistto be part of our Network Operations Centrein the UK. You will be expected to work at our HQ in St Ives, Cambridgeshire 2-3 days per week and can work the rest from home.
What will you be doing?
You will be required to work on a project for one of our esteemed customers, providing a professional level of administration and customer service. You will be providing excellent support to field engineers and third-party contractors, overseeing the maintenance program for our customers sites, and updating our ticket management system and trackers.
This role fits within Magdalenes Service Support Centre team, where the pace is fast, and work volumes can be high. You will work collaboratively with other team members in the NOC, our field engineers, as well as our customers and third-party engineers.
