Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of six service desk agents, ensuring 24/7 support coverage.
* Ensure all tickets are handled efficiently and resolved within SLAs.
* Monitor and report on service desk performance, ticket trends, and resolution times.
* Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, both internally and customer-facing.
* Develop and maintain documentation of processes, providing training and ongoing support for the team.
* Manage team schedules, including rota planning, leave approvals, and ensuring desk coverage.
* Act as a key stakeholder in projects aimed at improving service desk efficiency, including tool migrations and process implementations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing a fast paced service desk
* Crisis Management experience
* Data Centre experience (Preferred)
THIS ROLE IS BASED 5x DAYS A WEEK ONSITE IN MILTON KEYNES
Working Hours: 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Salary: Up to £45,000 Per Annum (Based on Experience)
