Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Family Help service, ensuring effective delivery of support to families.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and meet community needs.
Collaborate with local authorities, stakeholders, and community organizations to expand service reach and effectiveness.
Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to promote best practices in family support.
Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and client feedback to drive service improvements.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and organizational policies.
Develop budgets and manage resources to maximize service effectiveness and sustainability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within family support services.
Strong understanding of family dynamics and the challenges faced by families in need.
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective programs and interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a multidisciplinary environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.

Pay Per Day: £384.29
