The Opportunity We searching for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at the Portrush Adelphi Hotel. Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional guest service, self motivated and want to part of something truly spectacular, then we want to hear from you The successful candidate will be responsible for: Assisting in the Supervision of the Food & Beverage offering. The supervision of team members ensuring the efficient operation of the department and the delivery of excellent guest service. Greeting and seating guests with a warm and professional welcome on arrival. Planning, organising and prioritising to ensure that our guests’ expectations are exceeded Matching the level of service provision and presentation to exceptional standards. Ensuring a seamless link between all department for example, bar and/or kitchen as necessary Responsible for overseeing the team and making sure that tables are cleared and set for service quickly and efficiently Training team members as required in the relevant mannerisms towards the delivery of an extremely effective and efficient service. Assisting management with employee relations issues as and when required including recruitment and selection. Ensuring quality standards and procedures are fully understood and implemented, and daily checking procedures are fully applied. Ensuring the Food & Beverage outlet areas, fixtures and equipment are properly maintained and presented to the required standards. Ensuring a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene and security legislation and company policies and procedures. What we are looking for Previous relevant experience working in a leading role within the hospitality industry. Sound knowledge of employee relations as well as the recruitment and selection process. Guest focused approach with a passion to deliver excellent Guest service Problem Solving Aptitude. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure within a team.
