This a diverse and fast paced role which provides a critical support for the Data Manager and our schools. You will need to: be proficient in using Microsoft Excel, including some knowledge of Excel formulas and functions possess good analytical, communication and IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office prepare reports on attendance, including statistical analysis biweekly, termly, annually, and ad hoc as required for the Trust Board and school have a positive attitude, an eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure be able to prioritise workload using own initiative be flexible in the role be able to work as part of a team and provide administration support to other colleagues within the Trust understand GDPR compliance and able to maintain confidentiality.
