Fulltime 1-1 Fixed Term TA role until 31st August 2025
32.5 hours a week including lunchtime cover

We are looking for an enthusiastic, versatile, and highly motivated person to join our valued and supportive team in our successful and popular federation of schools. We wish to appoint a 1-1 Teaching Assistant to work within our school. The position will consist of intervention and in-class 1-1 support as well as support for children at lunchtime.
The position is 5 days a week, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
The successful candidate will:
* Be a creative, enthusiastic practitioner who has the energy and determination to make a difference.
* Have a good standard of general education.
* Have an NVQ CACHE Level 2 or 3 for Teaching Assistants.
* Have a good understanding of current educational thinking and initiatives.
* Be a caring, understanding person who loves working with children and is committed to supporting high standards and enjoyment of learning.
* Have a good understanding of, and a desire to effectively support, children with additional needs.
* Have an interest in developing their understanding of supporting pupils with SEN and communication difficulties.
* Have experience of working with children.
* Have the ability to work in a close team to achieve the best for our children and school community.
* Have a desire to be involved in all aspects of school life.
* Be open to being deployed where necessary across our federation of schools.
