About The Role We are currently recruiting for an Out of Hours Administrator to work on our Welsh Water contract in Bodelwyddan. As an Out of Hours Administrator your work pattern will be 10hr days, 4on/4off 365 days therefore your average working hours are 35hrs per week. This is an office based role. Your main duties are allocating work to teams based on customer contacts, whilst using standard operating procedures, updating and quality checking the internal system, generating reports and taking into consideration KPI’s. Welsh Water is the sixth largest of the ten regulated water and sewerage companies in England and Wales who are responsible for providing over three million people with a continuous, high-quality supply of drinking water and for taking away, treating and properly disposing of the wastewater that is produced. As an Administrator you will need to allocate reactive work received taking into consideration distances, productivity, and customer needs. Deal with customer enquiries and complaints in a positive and helpful manner. Encourage and promote proactive customer contacts to deliver excellent customer service You will act as a focal point for issue resolution. Ensure all defined processes are adhered to. Support the Team in making a committed contribution to the Planning Department’s performance against the contractual KPIs. The Key Requirements Do you have excellent organisational skills?
