Female Administration Assistant/Book Keeper Location: Bognor Regis/Littlehampton Salary: £12.40 per hour plus excellent benefits Job Types: 30 Hours a week. We have a really exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant/Book Keeper to be based in Bognor Regis, with travel across our other three offices in Felpham and Littlehampton. Who we are? The purpose of the role is to provide a wide range of administrative support/Bookkeeping and confidential administrative services to the Service Managers and Lead Senior Support Workers. You will be working within our residential & supported living services in which we support people with learning disabilities. Duties will include Mail management; Post in/out Email management Photocopying Typing / Minute taking / Word processing services Deliver on time end of month returns, Collate and deliver agency monitoring stats, weekly and monthly Check finances across all locations monthly. Provide a Front of House service Organising a filing system Be responsible for collating, maintaining & distributing accurate information Maintaining stationery supplies Please see job description attached for all duties About you We welcome people from all walks of life to apply for a job with us.
