Be trained to a high level of morale and focus to ensure the highest possible levels of efficiency, quality of workmanship and production finish in order to sustain growth in customer confidence in the service provided by the Dealer point.
Joining a dealer point where the repair and maintenance of trucks takes place. As a CSR apprentice over a two-year period, you will be responsible for working towards being the key point of contact for the customer, keeping them updated through each stage of the Volvo service process.
With training you will be responsible for:
* Being a customer contact and point of reference for the Dealerpoint
* Confirming and planning details of planned visits with customers in advance
* Ensuring all MOT appointments are planned and communicated to customers and VOSA
* Managing bookings for courtesy cars
* Producing and explaining invoices to customers at the point of vehicle collection
Who are you?
We require you to have Level 4 or above in Math and English/functional skills level 2
* You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* You have attention to detail
* You are willing to learn, develop and contribute to the role/team
* You are proactive and adaptable
