Job Purpose
As a Tax Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting clients, driving growth, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including individuals, owner-managed businesses, and corporate entities
* Overseeing tax compliance processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines
* Providing expert advice on tax planning opportunities to maximise client benefits
* Leading on more complex tax advisory projects, such as inheritance tax planning, capital gains tax, and restructuring
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
* Mentoring and developing junior team members to enhance their skills and performance
* Identifying opportunities to expand client services and contributing to business development initiatives

The Successful Applicant
* ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with significant experience in tax compliance and advisory services
* Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
* Strong technical knowledge of tax legislation and planning opportunities
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach
* Experience leading and mentoring a team to achieve high performance
* Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
* Familiarity with tax software and accounting systems is an advantage
