About the Role: As an SEMH Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH). Your responsibilities will include: Building strong and trusting relationships with students, creating a safe and supportive learning environment where they feel heard and understood. Developing and implementing individualised learning plans that cater to each student's unique needs and learning styles. Utilizing creative and engaging teaching strategies to foster academic progress and social-emotional growth. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and parents, to provide holistic support for each student.
