Why be a UK Sales Manager at THG?
You will join a passionate, commercially focused team who are focused on ambitious growth. You will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of growing our Beauty Brands Christophe Robin and Perricone MD. You will work closely with the Head of Sales & General Manager to help develop the brands in the UK territory and facilitate day-to-day tasks with our B2B retailers. You will also manage an Account Manager within the team.
You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and collaborate with all functions across the group.

As a UK Sales Manager, you will:
1. Prospect for new clients to grow our portfolio and ensure they are the right opportunity to expand the business while opening and launching with 360 plans for our new business partners.
2. Identify new opportunities to grow the business in each retailer / e-retailer / distributor.
3. Lead the organization of resources necessary to put together sales presentations per retailer/distributor while analyzing needs and best practices for each retailer vs competitive activity.
4. Optimize merchandising assets, copy, p-pages, etc.
5. Lead the Trade Marketing operations with guidance for each retailer.
6. Partner with the Ops team to ensure forecasts are accurate and our retailers are fully stocked, working with the Ops Manager on forecasts by SKU, by month, by account, tracking free goods spent (samples, collateral), complete all new product setup from start to finish, and write copy and content for partners (identifying key words, trends, etc.).
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
1. Prior experience in sales, preferably with major retail accounts in the beauty industry is highly desirable.
2. Strong ability to organize, prioritize, follow-up and meet deadlines.
3. Structured mind with a high multi-tasking ability.
4. Creative problem solver with top-class troubleshooting skills.
5. High level of IT literacy, especially in Excel and Office.
6. Strong interpersonal skills.
