Hours: Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
The Senior Lettings Consultant will focus on growing the property register by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profit. You will build excellent rapport with clients, delivering first-class experiences consistently. You will be part of a highly motivated, target-driven team.
Duties include:
* Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
* Booking and conducting property viewings
* Negotiating and finalizing tenancies
* Supporting the Branch Manager as needed
* Providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and face-to-face
* Achieving personal and branch sales targets
* Representing the company professionally
* Building strong internal and external relationships
Required Skills
* Experience as a residential Lettings Consultant
* Excellent sales skills
* High-level customer service skills
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude
* Negotiation skills
* Tenacity and self-motivation to succeed
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
* Adaptability to change
* Full UK driving license
